RETURN TO WORK

Work-related injuries increase workers’ compensation insurance premiums. To lower your premiums, you must control the costs of claims. One way to significantly reduce workers’ compensation costs and improve productivity, safety, and employee morale is through an effective return-to-work program.

In this workshop you will learn how you can return injured workers as soon as possible to their original job at either full duty or in a temporary assignment.

Studies have shown that the longer an employee is away from work, the less likely the employee will ever return to work. If an injured worker cannot return to their original job at full capacity, an early return-to-work program provides temporary transitional duty to injured employees who are still able to work, but may have some restrictions. The earlier an injured employee is permitted to return to work, the faster the employee can heal and recover.

REDUCE YOUR CLAIMS COSTS

Take control of your workers' compensation claims costs today! Attend this workshop and learn how to manage and monitor your claims to achieve low costs and improved outcomes. We'll walk through current techniques available to control your workers' compensation claims costs including: first aid, first aid bill review, medical hotline, Early Return to Work, medical provider management, and accident investigation techniques.
